These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Protisserie website (protisserie.store) and any orders placed through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Protisserie is operated by PT Cipta Solusi Global, registered in Indonesia.
02Products & Ordering
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
03Payment
We accept payments through Xendit, including bank transfer, e-wallets, QRIS, and credit/debit cards. A processing fee may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout. All payments must be completed within the specified time window, after which unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
04Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery within the Canggu and surrounding areas in Bali, as well as store pickup. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. For store pickup, orders must be collected during our operating hours (10:00 AM – 2:00 AM daily).
05Allergens & Health
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens. Allergen information is listed on each product page. Our products are made without refined sugar but contain natural sweeteners. If you have specific health conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming our products.
06Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of PT Cipta Solusi Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
07Limitation of Liability
Protisserie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
08Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
